My Anti-Job Song

My periods of unemployment are kind of ridiculous.... and I realize its sad that I still defend myself by saying "Well hey I had the same job from when I was 16-19"..cuz I'm 21 and I've only had 2 jobs since then that were both temporary (the first seasonal...the second..nevermind that.)

I just listened to this song for the first time in a long time--the lyrics are funny, you should check it out if you aren't a fan of shitty ass jobs..or if you like good music.

"Don't put me on dishes, I'm dropping dem bitches and taking all day to mop the kitchen"

(RE) Watched- Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

The first time I watched this movie I was in high school, and it really surprised me. I hadn't watched too many British films...but at that point I had probably seen Trainspotting 3487392 times...so I was all for a stylized British black comedy.
I think the mix of crazy ass characters, humor and violence works really well. It's a pretty unique film--one scene that I remembered liking was after Eddy loses the poker game and all of the sudden the camera is handheld filming his reaction-- its almost dizzing. All in all the film has so much personality--every character seems pretty thought out so their involvement in the storyline works. Its fun to watch..go see it if you haven't already.

Currently Listening To:

I Blame Coco - Caesar (Diplo Remix)

Recently Watched: Cache (Hidden)

I fell asleep 3 different times while trying to watch this AND I HAVE INSOMNIA.. once again I didn't like any of the characters so I didn't really care about the story (which is becoming a pattern for me..) I didn't think the story was that strong..ok so this guy wronged someone when he was 6 years old and the dudes son just won't let it go. I DON'T CARE..I THOUGHT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A THRILLER. Every conversation in the movie was too long (SPOILER) except for when the one guy abruptly slit his own throat.

Recently Watched: New York, I Love You

This film, (like the one about Paris) contained several different storylines that were each directed by different people-- and all together it was a shit bomb. I only kept watching because Bradley Coopers story was in several cuts throughout the movie. Most of the characters I didn't care about and most of the stories didn't interest me. I liked the old couple in Brooklyn, though, they made me laugh. Some of my fav actors like Ethan Hawke and Olivia Thirlby made appearances, but even their stories were lacking. Skip this one.

MY FAV PERSON IN THE WORLD IS HOSTING SNL

According to Zach's twitter he is hosting March 6th. I hardly ever watch SNL anymore because there are too many commercials but this is pretty damn cool. Let's hope they let him do his thing.

**If you haven't already watch his live special at the purple onion. It's kind of amazing. I hope they let him do a Seth sketch...
